Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Returns
Because All of our clothings are Made to Order - Therefore returns or exchanges are NOT applicable if you ordered the wrong size, color or have buyers remorse etc.
We can offer a replacement or refund for issues such as manufacturing error, printing issues and problems with delivery. Please NOTE proof of the printing error or damage must be documented.
Cancellations - Orders are sent and dispatched immediately to our production team after the order is placed and can ONLY be canceled within 24 hours after the order is placed. We cannot cancel orders beyond that point.
Refunds (if applicable)
In case of a damaged product or a rare printing error, Edines offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us via E-mail within (3-5) days of delivery. Please provide a clear photo showing the issue.
We genuinely hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Some of our products are unisex sizes, so please refer to the size chart carefully in case you want to size up or down for that perfect fit before you place your order to avoid any mishap.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 days, of approval, please first check with your bank or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer support
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our internal error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via e-mail for instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
